Legend Series - Charlie and Ted

As a fan of everything baseball history, the below article is one that makes me laugh every time I read it. It involves our beloved Charlie Manuel, the great Ted Williams, the consumption of one too many VOs and water, and old baseball bar talk that reminds you of the golden age of the game. In this day and age of baseball, where everyday you’re hearing about scandal and cheats, it’s a nice read about two men, whose character, humor, and knowledge made them two of the greatest we’ve ever come to know.
